My mind is clear now on the myths about hypnosis. Very interesting to learn and surely can be useful. The benefits stated are enough for me to learn more about this. Hoping to have some books like this soon. Sharing this to my sister and brother too.
I've been into hypnosis since I was a child and saw Mckenna on TV. Seeing this book rekindled my interest into the subject and the content did more than deliver. Well written, interesting and just enough entertainment to make you turn the pages. Recommended!
I recommend this book because it will help me overcome my stress, anxiety and depression. It changed my perception about hypnosis, it listed all the benefits I can get and taught me how hypnotize myself. It wasn't easy though, but it is worth it because of all the benefits I can get from it. I can now live a happy life.
I have heard about hypnosis before but I never knew that it can be used to heal from stress, and depression. This short and concise book provides a surprisingly clear and detailed overview of hyponis, including its effects, the myths surrounding it - and most importantly I would say - how you can use it yourself to get more out of life! I will be returning to this book and applying the principles of self-hypnosis as often as I can!
