It has been only a few months since Mia Henderson lost the woman that she loved. She lost her ex-girlfriend Michelle who lept off a building and died on impact. A close friend of my wife's suggested this story to me a little while ago . She said once she read it she thought of me and my wife . I lost my wife a few years ago unexpectedly after surgery . We met at 14 years and she was my high school sweetheart, and we married .after college. We had three children, and we had been married 46 years six months and 11 days when she died from complications after a successful. Afterwards,. I had very similar experiences as the main character and I know that with help from others, and support from others , life does can go on. I also learned that we each go through this process in our own way and in our own time . The author goes on to show us that even well written fiction can teach us about life .Product details

I enjoyed reading this for what it was but I felt this story was kind of rush if putting a little more details this would have a great read
A very good book. I love the character development. Held my attention from beginning to end. I am happy to see people of color in this genre.
I rarely write reviews, but I have to say this this book has great promise, but it's full of errors. To the point that I wanted to take a red pen to it. It's so bad that it actually messes up the plot of the book and the flow of it. It has promise, but it's not worth the buy, which is said to say because it's only .99 cents
This is a story where all the action happens off stage. Also Mia is a very selfish and prejudiced person and extremely unlikable. She only wants to satisfy herself. No one else counts. Daniel is the stereotype lover with no real personality. This writer is usually so much better than this that it is a huge disappointment.
